导演阐述

公务员热背后折射的是，当代年轻人就业、经济压力和缺乏安全感的体现，目的是追求一种稳定的生活方式。不过，不少年轻公务员在进入工作岗位后却出现了极大的心理落差，他们需要面对工作高压、生活高压、舆论高压。因此对于年轻人是否应该去做公务员，也已经成为很多即将进入社会的毕业生所面临的艰难抉择。

Director’s Statement

Young people apply for the civil service because of their job and financial pressure and a sense of insecurity. Their aim is to pursue an easy way of life. Whether young people should become civil servants has become a difficult choice for many graduates who are about to enter the society.

剧情简介

亚洲自古以来，官场文化盛行。中国每年将近800万的本科毕业生里面，有将近四分之一的人会选择报考公务员，公务员考试已经成为高考之外的改变人生命运的关键考试。影片讲述的是80名已经通过国家公务员笔试的考生，在正式的面试考试之前，报读了专业的公务员培训班课程，在一个酒店里进行10天10夜的封闭式面试培训，他们每天需要学习超过10个小时，学习的内容是关于如何成为一名合格的公务员。在这些人里面，有刚毕业的应届生，有已经毕业上班的，有失败了好几次依然坚持考试的，有因为结婚放弃公务员职位之后重新来考的，这些不同的人在这同一个封闭的酒店空间，在学习的过程中，慢慢产生了变化。

Synopsis

Since the ancient times of Asia, the culture of the officialdom has prevailed. Nearly 8 million of college graduates in China each year, about 1/4 will choose to apply for the civil service, and the civil service examination has become the key test to change the fate of life. The film is about 80 candidates who have passed the national civil servants' written examination. Before the formal interview, they take part in a civil service training course and take 10 days and 10 nights of closed interview training in a hotel. They need to learn more than 10 hours a day and learn about how to become a qualified civil servant. In this isolated hotel space, these people have gradually changed during learning period.
